LIRA – Sixteen finalists are now in the running for the coveted Miss Tourism Northern Uganda 2026/27 crown, with organizers announcing a fusion of artificial intelligence, cultural heritage, and entertainment for this year’s grand finale.
Scheduled for June 27, 2026, the event will take place at Lavington Park (formerly Coronation Park) in Lira City. This year’s theme – AI, Culture and Tourism – highlights how technology can amplify the region’s rich traditions and travel potential.
The night will feature performances from top artists including Lil Square, Judas Rap Knowledge, DJ Globix, and D-Trick Latigo, promising a high-energy celebration between pageantry segments.
Tickets are now available for pickup at Qfm reception, VOL reception, and Cafe Sterling.
With the crown representing northern Uganda’s tourism voice for the next two years, all eyes will be on Lira as the 16 contestants take the stage.
