Kampala, Uganda - President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni held a high-level meeting with Mr. Massad Boulos,Senior Advisor to U.S. President Donald Trump,and his delegation at State House.
The discussions centered on regional security,particularly the ongoing instability in Eastern Congo and explored ways to enhance U.S.-Uganda business partnerships.
President Museveni emphasized Uganda’s commitment to peace and stability in the Great Lakes region while highlighting the country’s growing investment potential.
“We had fruitful discussions on security cooperation and the vast opportunities available for American investors in Uganda’s agriculture, energy, and infrastructure sectors,"he stated.
Mr. Boulos, a key figure in U.S. foreign policy circles, expressed interest in strengthening economic and diplomatic ties between the two nations. The meeting also touched on trade, technology exchange, and private sector collaboration.
President Museveni extended a warm welcome to the delegation, reaffirming Uganda’s openness to global partnerships** that drive mutual growth.
